Our Background

How We Got Here

My love for baking started with my grandmother and watching Julia Child when I was little. I followed my dream and went to Le Cordon Bleu in Pittsburgh. After graduating I worked across the northern United States: Iroquois Inn on Mackinac Island MI, Mohonk Mountain House in NY, Finale In Boston MA, Prezza Restaurant in Boston, a few Restaurants and Bakeries in Grand Rapids Michigan, and then finishing my career in Seattle where I worked at a restaurant/bakery on Bainbridge Island and 3 seasons for Century Link Field (Seahawks and Sounders). I decided to change things up and went back to school receiving a bachelors in Accounting prior to moving to Arkansas. I now bake because I absolutely love making delicious custom cookies, cakes, cupcakes, and breakfast pastries for all events!
